How to Complete Convalescence: Greenery in Destiny 2

The last lost Ghost to find in the Destiny 2: The Final Shape campaign is the most involved task of the three with the Convalescence: Greenery mission. Here is how to complete Convalescence: Greenery in Destiny 2.

How to Find Convalescence: Greenery Ghost in Destiny 2

Destiny 2 players are first tasked with opening Overthrow Chests until the meter is full. These can be earned by defeating certain enemies or completing Public Events in the Pale Heart region.

These events are marked by blue or grey diamonds, similar to the Convalescence: Underbrush mission. It will take about three to four chests to completely fill the meter.

Then players will need to travel to the Refraction area to complete the Sword Dance Cyst, a cave in the northeast with multiple challenges. Follow the glowing bird in the cave and take out any enemies until you come to a green barrier. A waypoint will appear on the bird if you lose sight of it.

The green barrier will have three different locked runes on it, and the symbols are also on the cave walls. Shoot the cave wall runes that match the barrier runes from bottom to top and the barrier will disappear. The wrong order will cause enemies to appear.

The next room will have a few enemies to kill and a place to summon a sword. Summon and take the sword to spawn various enemies and crystals with shields around the room. Use the sword to break the shields and defeat the enemies.

The path will open up and you will have to use the sword for some platforming and clearing debris. The first gap will require you to spam the sword’s attack to clear the gap. Follow the winding cave and clear any debris with the sword to get through. There will be another room with three crystals to destroy, followed by some more platforming.

The final room in the cave will contain three yellow bar bosses that are shielded. You will have to kill them with just the sword and use your Finisher on their remaining Ghost to stop them from respawning. Dying will not reset the fight, and there is a summoning sword statue to quickly rearm yourself.

Defeat all three with heavy sword attacks, then heal the wounded Ghost to complete the Sword Dance Cyst. Once done, you can safely fast travel back to the Lost City.

How to Complete Convalescence: Greenery in Destiny 2

Go down the stairs in the Lost City to Micah’s Conduit and interact with the glowing floor. Turn around and then interact with the Ghost by the overgrown root.

Finally, interact with Micah’s Conduit to complete the Convalescence: Greenery mission, receive the Embraced Identity sniper rifle, and the final mission that rewards with the Microcosm exotic weapon.
