The closest you can get to completing an Arcane Tremor in Season 3 is to defeat a Herald of Malphas at any of the Braziers. Each Arane Tremor zone features numerous Elemental Obelisks and Braziers that can be used to summon the demonic Heralds. Defeating one provides you with a random Governing Stone that can be equipped or used to level your current collection.

In essence, the main gameplay loop in Arcane Tremors is to collect Elemental Cores from three different Obelisks. These are then combined with Shattered Stone to start a battle with the Herald of Malphas. If you played Season 2, then you know these are just like the Blood Harvest altars. However, there is no final battle at the center of the harvest.

Later in the Seasonal Journey, there could be a way to “complete” the Arcane Tremors based on the narrative. But they will always remain on the map until Season 3 comes to a close in April.

How to Summon Vault Heralds in Diablo 4

  • Locate a Brazier in an Arcane Tremor.
  • Place 3 Elemental Cores and 50 Shattered Stone in the Brazier.
  • Defeat the swarms of constructs until the Herald of Malphas appears.

To summon Vault Heralds, you need to head to one of the five Arcane Tremor zones on the map and activate a Brazier. The names of the Braziers can alternate between names like Voltaic and Gelid, which is just an indication of the element. But each Brazier on the map will serve the same ultimate purpose.

For the Seasonal Journey, you will need to do this loop at least nine different times. That might seem like a lot at first, but you will likely reach 100 Braziers completed in no time to upgrade your Tuning Stones in Season 3.

Don’t forget to stack up on Shattered Stone before you take on the Arcane Tremor objectives.
