Players may be surprised that Fae Farm has four different farming areas with attached homes for players to work on. It can be a little overwhelming, mainly when you are used to focusing your efforts on a sole farm and residence. The default house you will wake up at every morning is the Homestead, your first abode. However, you can change it to any of the four if you wish to do so. Here is how to change your default home in Fae Farm.

How to Move to a Different Farm in Fae Farm

With four farms in Fae Farm, there is plenty of variety for you to choose from. The first two are side-by-side in the Lowlands. The third is in the Fae Realm, and the fourth is in the Mountains. They each host resources unique to their environment and different livestock. The different livestock means you will still travel to the other farms daily to feed, care for, and collect animal resources.

But, if you want to wake up on a different farm every morning, that is something you can certainly do. All you have to do is follow the below steps.

  • Fae Farm Home Front
  • Fae Farm Home Front 2
  • Fae Farm Home Front 3
  1. Teleport to the location of your choosing and find the home on the property.
  2. Enter the home and select the bed.
  3. Choose the ‘Home Options’ option.
  4. Choose the ‘Set as Main Home’ option.
  5. Confirm that you wish to change from the original home.
Tip:

When you change to a new home, expect your health, mana, and energy stats to lower. These stats are based on elements of your home. So, if you’ve decorated, and worked on your home, you will notice a significant decrease when moving to an unfurnished home.

The Explanation as to Why There Are Four Homes and Farms in Fae Farm

Usually, players like to put all of their effort and resources into a singular farm in a game. Especially when you can make it exactly how you like it. So, coming to find that there are four farms that you can call home is a little overwhelming to some players! Luckily, how this is handled is directly up to you. You need to use Hazy Haven and Fae Acres farms if you want to rear various livestock. However, beyond this, you do not need to use the other farms at all.

Fae Farm has the option of four-player multiplayer. It seems that the most logical explanation for the three additional houses and farms is that each player can have their own. This makes sense, and it’s a rather nice addition. Every player can customize their house and farm with their unique style or flair. With four bustling farms, Azoria has probably never been busier.

However, if you’re playing solo, there’s no need to do the additional farms. Of course, if you love to customize, the additional farms may be perfect for you. On the other hand, if you’re stressed about the additional workload, it’s totally ok to completely leave it alone.

No matter which area of Azoria you end up calling your home, make sure that you scour the surrounding areas for all possible critters to complete your Almanac entry!
