At the end of the day, Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is a looter shooter, and that means you will eventually want to change weapon stats. This guide will cover how you can overhaul your weapons so that your builds are even more refined.

How to Overhaul Weapons in Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League

To change the stats on your weapon, go to the Penguin in the Hall of Justice and select the “Overhaul” option in his menu. From there, you can select any of your weapon types and you have two different options. The first is to just overhaul the entire weapon. With enough resources on hand, this will completely change all the stats and perks. What gets added instead is random and is part of the loop.

For a less general option, you can head to Penguin or Toyman for a refined stat change. These cost less than an entire Overhaul and they can be used to tinker with small stats such as more melee damage or more critical strike damage. If you like the perks you have, then this is the much better option for your favorite guns.

When you aren’t in the Hall of Justice, you can still overhaul your weapons out in the field. By opening your character loadouts and selecting any gun, you can see an option to overhaul at the top left. However, I would not use this unless there is an emergency for better gear. The resource cost is increased by 75% and is pointless when you can just travel to the Hall of Justice in Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League.

Those of you who hate your weapons, in general, can just craft randomized gear when you speak to Penguin. More resources need to be spent but it’s an easy way to fast-track some weapons when your build needs it.

If you’re ever out in the field, just fast travel to the Hall of Justice and save yourself some grinding time.
