The first part of this process is the same as any other job. When you create a new character, age up until they turn eighteen and graduate secondary school. Make sure you do not get a criminal record beforehand, or recruiters will automatically deny your job application. You will also want to ensure you do not drop out since the real estate agent position requires a high school education.

Once your character turns eighteen, head into the full-time job list and scroll through until you find a real estate agent position. It will appear with a tree emoji and “Real Estate” tag next to the name, similar to the Housekeeper career. If you cannot find it right away, age up and check the list a second time or close and reopen the BitLife game application. After you spot the career in the full-time job list, apply for the position and pass the interview to become a real estate agent!

Make sure to work hard each year to keep the job! Or, well, you can always resign after you finish whatever you need to do.
