How to Become a High School Soccer Team Captain in BitLife
Before you start, you’ll want to make sure your character has the athlete’s special trait when born. While this isn’t required to become team captain, it’ll make the process slightly easier. It causes your character to be more athletic, giving you a greater chance of being accepted. You’ll know you have the talent when you see a basketball appear beside your character’s name.

Once you create a new character, age up until you enter high school. Depending on where you live, this may also be called secondary school. Tap on your school and select the Activities category. You’ll find a list of teams, including the Soccer Team. Try out for the soccer team for a chance to join! If you have the athlete trait, you’re almost guaranteed to make it even if you’ve never exercised. If you don’t have this trait, head to the gym and go for walks to raise your athleticism.
After landing a spot on the soccer team, head back to the school menu and tap on Soccer Team. From here, you can either quit the team or practice harder. Pick Practice Harder and repeat this every year. Usually, by your third year or so, the team coach will ask you to become captain.
