Ni No Kuni 2 Blue Chest

Make note of any blue chests you come across in Ni No Kuni 2 because it will take some time before you’re able to open them. After you complete chapter four and gain access to creating your own kingdom, you can build the Evermore Spellworks. Conducting research at the Evermore Spellworks allows your party members to learn new spells and enhance existing spells.

You’ll need to get your kingdom to level 2, which means you need to recruit 15 citizens and build enough structures to do so. That takes time and money, but you can get it done with enough patience. Once the kingdom is level 2 you can upgrade the Evermore Spellworks to level 3. This gives you access to the Specific Spell Dev.: Spring Lock research.
