How Many Altars of Lilith are There in Diablo 4? – Answered

Sanctuary is filled with these.

The Altars of Lilith offer up a reason to explore the map in Diablo 4, especially when the rewards are shared between all of your characters in the realm. Each altar provides a small boost to stats like strength or dexterity, for example, and I can tell you exactly how many altars exist in Sanctuary so you can start searching.

What is the Total Number of Altars of Lilith in Diablo 4?

There are 160 Altars of Lilith in Diablo 4 that can be discovered across the entire map of Sanctuary. Each major region in the game has a set amount of altars that can be discovered, and finding them all won’t be easy. Aside from players who want to maximize their stats, many of you are also completionists. I have been trying to collect as many of these altars as possible for the same reason.

To simplify the process, I have split the Altars of Lilith into their totals based on the region you are exploring. With five major regions in Diablo 4, there are typically around 30 altars in each area, but that total will fluctuate. You can find the region totals below.

Altar of Lilith Total in Diablo 4:

  • Fractured Peaks – 28
  • Scosglen – 34
  • Dry Steppes – 33
  • Kehjistan – 31
  • Hawezar – 34

Finding the Altars of Lilith will be a pretty hefty endeavor for anyone that plans to collect them all. In my initial playthrough of Diablo 4, I only found around eight in each major region with some standard exploration. Finding 30 in each region will take a lot more effort, but at least the ones you have discovered are marked in grey on the main map.
