On the Street Fighter 6 page on Steam, in the system requirements, the game is listed as a 60GB download. While some rumors confirm that the PlayStation and Xbox versions will also be in the range of 50-60GB. Also, it seems that different modes for Street Fighter 6 will be able to be downloaded separately, not unlike Street Fighter 5 and its gigantic additional Story mode.

Another rumor suggests that in Street Fighter 6, in addition to the base game, modes such as the single-player story “World Tour” and the classic arcade & versus mode “Fighting Ground” will be able to be downloaded separately – which will help with space management if, for example, you only want to play online matches, or you just want to play a single-player campaign, you can download each mode separately – not unlike in the Call of Duty.

We still have to wait for the release of the game to know the exact download sizes and how it will be segmented but, luckily, it won’t be a long wait because Street Fighter 6 is coming in two weeks!
