If you’re looking to increase the number of boxes in the pasture you will have to put at least one Pokemon in each box. After that talk to the Pasture NPC and they will offer you more boxes. This might seem like an anxiety-inducing task, but once you’ve done it, add more Pokemon to each box to upgrade it again. You can do this up to 29 boxes in the Pasture. This is more than enough to hold one of every Pokemon in the game.

However, most research tasks will have you catching up to 25 of some different Pokemon, so you won’t be able to house all of those. Luckily, you can release any Pokemon directly from the Pastures screen, so it shouldn’t be too hard of a problem. 

Don’t be afraid to fill up those boxes though, it’s important to add more pastures in Pokemon legends: Arceus early so you don’t have to worry about it later.
