A large part of Harvestella is managing your farm and the crops you’ll harvest each season. Certain crops are more well-suited to thrive in specific seasons and will yield you more money. It can be tricky to figure out which crops are best for which season, so we’re here to help ensure your farm generates as much profit as possible. Here are the best crops to plant in Spring in Harvestella.
Harvestella: Best Crops to Plant in Spring
When you begin Harvestella, after the intro and tutorial, you’ll be thrust into Spring as the first season you must contend with. On top of learning all of the systems Harvestella throws at you, you’ll also need to turn a profit on your farm to purchase upgrades, more crops, and other improvements around your home.
Early on in Spring, you’ll want to plant as much Carrops and Stellar Wheat as possible. Carrops only take one day to harvest, and Stellar Wheat can be turned into flour down the road.
Sell all of your Carrops daily and continue to store the Stellar Wheat until you unlock the Flour Mill. Once you unlock the Flour Mill after some story progression, craft and use it to begin producing flour. You can either sell the flour for more cash or use it for cooking sandwiches for exploring.

Once you level up your farm a bit and progress more in the story, you’ll want to plant Nemean Tomatoes. This is key to turning a considerable profit. This is because you can re-harvest them and don’t need to purchase new seeds after every harvest. While they take five days to grow, it saves you plenty of money in the long run by not having to buy more seeds.
Once you have Nemean Tomatoes planted, you can stop worrying about Carrops, and focus on Stellar Wheat and Nemean Tomatoes. These will be your main cash crops for Spring.
