Genshin Impact Lean, Mean, Cleaning Machine Web Event Guide and Rewards

Someone has to clean this city

With another update on the horizon, Genshin Impact players have another shot at getting some easy, quick Primogems from the Lean, Mean, Cleaning Machine Web Event. It only takes a few minutes of their time, but has some nice small rewards in it.

All players at Adventure Rank 5 or higher can access the event through this link and enter with their Hoyoverse account. The event revolves around a Powerwash Simulator-like minigame where the Traveler takes a personal journey to appreciate – and clean – the streets of Fontaine. There are six different cleaning stages, and you need to have enough Energy to unlock each of them.

You can get Energy by doing various in-game tasks such as claiming Commission rewards and clearing Domains. You can clear your daily missions but there are also challenge missions that last throughout the whole event’s length. If you’ve been trying to complete your Battle Pass, chances are that you’ll clear them by just playing normally.

Once you do, you can unlock a new stage and wipe it clean. Each stage gets you some Primogems and other rewards such as Hero’s Hit and Mora. You also get some Wastewater after each stage, which you can exchange for Cleaning Reputation. Reaching higher Reputation ranks also gets you some extra rewards, including more Primos.

Finally, the whole event is meant to bring players back into the game, so you can also invite players who haven’t logged in during the previous 14 days to get more Energy for unlocking stages, as well as getting 80 Primogems per player invited.

The total rewards include x120 Primogems, alongside around x60000 Mora and x5 Hero’s Wit. You’ll need to complete all cleaning challenges and achieve all Cleaning Reputation rankings for that, which should be doable within a few days of logging back into the event.

And don’t forget that you can make things quicker by inviting your friends back into the game. There might be a new banner going on that could be enough to make them return, so no harm in using that to convince them!
