Dectus Medallion

Elden Ring has a lot of winding paths and twisting roads to get from point A to point B. At a certain point, you’ll find the Grand lift of Dectus to take you into the Atlus Plateau. It’s not the only way to get up there, but if you want to avoid a pretty dangerous detour, you’ll need to grab two halves of the Dectus Medalion to activate the lift.
