Does Like A Dragon: Infinite Wealth Have A Physical Edition?

Can you put this on your shelf, or is it digital only?

The newest adventure in the Like A Dragon franchise is getting closer, and fans can hardly wait to get their hands on it. However, is this release following in the same footsteps as Gaiden with a digital-only release, or is there a physical version?

Can You Buy Like A Dragon: Infinite Wealth In Stores?

Thankfully, for players hoping to keep their Yakuza/Like A Dragon collection on their game shelf, Like A Dragon: Infinite Wealth will be available as a physical copy. While Like A Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name had physical copies available in Asian countries, the United States did not receive a physical version. Thankfully, there is no reason to worry, as the game will be available at retail stores.

You also won’t need to fret about your system of choice being left out, as the physical edition will be available on all platforms, minus PC. With Digital Storefronts like Steam dominating the PC marketplace, you will not be able to find a physical copy of this particular title for the platform. Xbox Series X/Xbox One, as well as PlayStation 4/5, will have physical editions on day one.

Does Like A Dragon: Infinite Wealth Have A Steelbook?

Surprisingly, no matter the edition that you pre-order, there is no option for a Steelbook available for this particular entry in the franchise. I say surprisingly since nearly every other game in the franchise has had a Steelbook version available, with the base version of Yakuza 7: Like A Dragon coming prepackaged in one. While this may be upsetting to folks who love collecting these particular types of games, there are companies out there that do provide Steelbooks for those willing to purchase them separately.

No matter which way you’re planning on picking up the game, make sure that you’re keeping your eye on our Like A Dragon: Infinite Wealth section below to learn more about the game and find out if this entry is making its way to Game Pass.
