Does LEGO Fortnite Give XP? – Answered

The block grind never stops

It’s completely understandable if you decide to halt the BP grind and relax in a more laid-back game mode, such as LEGO Fortnite once in a while. But we know the grind never stops, so can we get some XP toward our main objectives while in Mine… I mean, LEGO.

Can You Get XP in LEGO Fortnite?

You can breathe easily as LEGO Fortnite gives you XP, whether a short or a longer playing session. Players will receive Battle Stars after leaving the matches regardless of their progress. Still, longer sessions will reward you with more XP than usual, making it quite an efficient method of farming some Battle Pass levels if you don’t feel like shooting and killing others right now.

The usual Fortnite Battle Pass is unique to all game modes, so it makes sense that playing LEGO will also help level it. Most of the Battle Pass rewards can also be used on it, so it’s not like you’re just grinding for something that you can’t even use here.

Fortnite now also features special Challenges and Missions that can only be completed in LEGO mode, so you have an even bigger incentive to play it for the BP. The game mode has little to nothing similar to the good ‘n old battle royale, but it doesn’t mean that it can’t be “helpful” to it in a certain way.

As previously said, more XP will be given out for longer sessions where you managed to have the most activity, such as killing animals, building new structures and progressing on missions. Shorter “matches” can also get you some extra BP progress, but not as much as you’d expect.

My suggestion is to take that extra progress as a bonus since you’re probably here just to chill with some blocks you’ll hopefully not be stepping on. There’s an infinity of things you can do here, after all.
