With new content on the horizon for The Division 2, players are busier than ever when it comes to the latest Tom Clancy game. For those that enjoy the crafting element of the looter shooter, there are certain supplies needed to make sure that those stats and abilities are stacked. While some materials are pretty accessible, others are a little trickier to get and require a few additional steps. For those looking to farm Printer Filament, here’s what you need to know.
Printer Filament isn’t a material that is just lying around, players are going to need to salvage other loot in order to craft it. For this particular Superior Material, players are going to need to keep an eye out for both Gear and Skill mods. Unfortunately for this material type, that’s the only way to get it.
Break ’em down, build ’em up by going to the game’s inventory and looking for the gear icon. This icon can be found at the bottom of the last colomn in the player’s gear, which will lead to being able to see what sort of Mods and items are in possession.
Select the appropriate items, namely Gear and Skill mods, then mark them as Junk. By doing so, players can then highlight multiple items at the same time and then mass deconstruct them all. This will make the process even faster and will become even easier through the game’s natural progression.
