You can claim the weekly Gauntlet rewards cache when the week resets on Tuesdays at 1 PM ET. Until the current week comes to a close, there is no way to manually claim all the caches listed in the Trials screen. Once Tuesday rolls around, the weekly dungeon will reset and all the rewards that you earned can automatically be claimed. All the caches become account-bound as soon as you take them out of The Gauntlet Rewards screen.

The score you earned in The Gauntlet will determine how many reward caches you get from the weekly reset. If you ran one trial with a low score, then you are almost guaranteed the Cache of the Blooded. There are four ranks in total depending on the score you get, and as you reach a new rank you will earn another weekly reward. Getting a high score will provide you with the Worthy rank and four Caches of the Worthy to claim on a Tuesday. If you’re looking for Vampiric Powers, this is another avenue you can follow.

Caches that you earn from The Gauntlet will be named after the rank you reach. So if you manage to score high enough for Worthy, all four of your caches will have the same tier of rewards. Expect each one to have plenty of Ancestral Legendary gear and some Ancestral Unique items to follow if you get really lucky. Players who have high-level characters can easily run one or two of these Trials per week to maximize the weekly rewards with almost no effort.

If you haven’t jumped in yet, find out where to get started on The Gauntlet in Diablo 4.
