The main story quests and side missions primarily involve you helping people understand and recover from the situation, with the Raising Spirits quest being no exception. With militia morale at a low, you will have to encourage them so they can continue their training regime. How to Use the Cheer Emote During the Raising Spirits Quest in Diablo 4

Head to Kyovashad and enter the small blue circle near the World Tier Statue. Once you’re here, press E on your keyboard or the up arrow on your controller to bring up an emote wheel. Select customize, find “Cheer”, and equip it onto your wheel before using the emote and progressing through the quest!

That’s right; as you enter the area, you will see the soldiers and some training dummies, but you will not find any interaction options for cheering them on. Instead, the solution is a quick and easy emote.

Once you use the cheer emote in the training area, head back to Guard Boza for another brief conversation to wrap up the Raising Spirits quest in Diablo 4. You’ll receive money and a cache for your efforts, and more importantly, some progress towards your Fractured Peaks renown!
