In the first case in Detective Pikachu Returns, The Missing Jewel, you’ll come across the Quiz Professor in Serenity Park, who has a Local Concern for you to solve – but it’s not a case. She wants you to correctly answer three questions about Pokemon by finding that Pokemon in Ryme City. Here’s how to find the Pokemon that moves as a group and successfully answer her third question in Detective Pikachu 2.
“Best Buds Always Stick Together – What Pokemon Moves as a Group?” Answer in Detective Pikachu 2
While there are a small handful of Pokemon that move in a group, such as Tandemaus and Maushold from Gen 9, the answer to the Quiz Professor’s third and final question is Falinks, known as the Formation Pokemon in the National Pokedex.
But knowing the answer to the question is not enough; you must go out and find a Falinks in Serenity Park before the Quiz Professor will be satisfied with your answer and give you the win.
Where to Find Falinks in Detective Pikachu Returns
Out of the three Pokemon that the Quiz Professor wants you to find in The Missing Jewel, Falinks is by far the easiest. In fact, if you have a good eye, you can actually see it from where she’s standing.
From the Quiz Professor’s location, head up the small stone steps behind her. You’ll find Falinks on the patio between a second set of steps. That’s literally it – the easiest Pokemon to track down ever.
Speak to the Falinks and then return to the NPC to finish her Local Concern. Congrats, you’re officially a quiz master. For now, anyway.
Do You Get Rewards for Answering Every Quiz Professor Question?
While it would be nice to be rewarded for your hard work, you don’t get anything for completing her Local Concern in Serenity Park. Unless you count satisfaction as a prize, then you’re a winner.
There are two other Local Concerns in The Missing Jewel in Detective Pikachu 2: one sees you finding a lost Lillipup, while the other has you hunting down a soccer Pokemon for a young boy.
