For those who may have missed this announcement, we’ve got you covered. Here are just some of the new Destiny 2: The Final Shape Exotic weapons that will be arriving on June 4.

New Exotic Auto Rifle in Destiny 2 – Khvostov 7G-0X

For the OG fans of Destiny, you may remember the Khvostov 7G-OX. This is a variation of the very first weapon that Guardians got to use in the original Destiny 1 campaign. It then got an exotic version in the original Destiny, and it seems as if Bungie has decided to bring it back with The Final Shape.

The Exotic trait on the Khvostov 7G-OX seems to include the ricochet effect in Destiny 2, perfect for wiping out swarms of enemies who are closely packed together.

The official description of the Khvostov 7G-0X is as follows:

  • With a shot that ricochets every 7th round, the Khvostov 7G-0X returns as a new exotic weapon with The Final Shape.

New Exotic Trace Rifle in Destiny 2 – Microcosm

Next up we have an Exotic Trace Rifle called Microcosm. The Exotic trait on this weapon seems to allow it to deal massively increased damage to enemy shields, perfectly suited for those heavily shielded enemies who seemingly absorb damage.

The official description of the Microcosm Exotic Trace Rifle is as follows:

  • Acquire the Microcosm Heavy Trace Rifle that deals massive damage to enemy shields with the arrival of The Final Shape.

New Exotic Sniper Rifle in Destiny 2 – Still Hunt

Perhaps the most interesting Exotic weapon on this list comes in the form of the Still Hunt Exotic Sniper Rifle. This weapon allows any guardian, of any class, to summon a Golden Gun shot after charging up enough power by defeating enemies with the Sniper Rifle.

The official description for the Still Hunt Exotic Sniper Rifle is as follows:

  • Charge up power by defeating enemies to fire Golden Gun shots.

So there we have it, those are three new Exotic weapons that will be arriving with The Final Shape on June 4. Of course, this is just a glimpse into what Bungie will be offering players, but it should be enough to keep Guardians excited.

We will be sure to update this article as Bungie teases more Exotic weapons.
