A lot can change in three years. In preparation for the upcoming Phantom Liberty DLC, Cyberpunk 2077 is scheduled for a massive new patch that aims to overhaul several in-game systems while fixing a plethora of bugs and performance issues. As such, the 2.0 patch and Phantom Liberty DLC following it will demand a completely new list of system requirements for PC users. Cyberpunk 2077 2.0 and Phantom Liberty System Requirements

CD Projekt Red has detailed the new system requirements for the updated version of Cyberpunk 2077 in the table you see below. In it, you’ll see the Minimum, Recommended, and Ultra performance recommendations for both Ray Tracing and non-Ray Tracing settings. Click the image below for a full-size version:

Cyberpunk 2077 System Requirements (without Ray Tracing)

  • Minimum
    • In-game graphics preset: low.
    • Resolution: 1080p.
    • Expected FPS: 30.
    • OS: 64-bit Windows 10.

Additional information: Ray tracing Overdrive was measured with DLSS Frame Generation switched on. PC Audio Solution containing Dolby Atmos is required for a Dolby Atmos experience.

Even without Ray Tracing enabled, it seems like Cyberpunk 2077 demands a pretty hefty rig if gamers want to experience Night City in ultra settings. Guess that’s the price you’ve gotta pay for an ocean of neon. To CDPR’s credit, the game looks pretty damn good.
