With Call of Duty: Next out of the way, it’s time to gear up for the Modern Warfare 2 Open Beta period. For the next two weekends, the game will be available to play under different conditions, and PC players will need to know the proper system requirements.

Modern Warfare 2 looks fantastic and that obviously comes at a price. The Open Beta is free for everyone by September 24, so there’s no harm in trying. The Open Beta for Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 begins on September 16, but early access PlayStation users will be the only ones in until the full platform joins a couple of days later. For PC players who didn’t preorder the game, you can jump into the beta from September 24-26. By then, you’ll have a few days to get a feel of the game on PC.
