Can You Use Multiple Health Charms in LEGO Fortnite?
Yes, you can use more than one health charm in LEGO Fortnite. You can use three of the same charms or mix and match different rarities as you obtain them, with up to three slots available to equip them.
In other words, you can get up to 15 extra hearts by equipping three epic-grade health charms. In the early game, you can also use three common or uncommon-grade charms to add three and six total hearts before collecting rarer resources and upgrading later.
Considering you start with three hearts, this lets you double, triple, or multiply your base hearts by six. That’s a solid deal for charms that don’t take up precious inventory space.
How to Use Health Charms
To use a health charm in LEGO Fortnite, head into your inventory, select your charm, and then press equip to add it to one of your three equipment slots. After you exit your inventory with it equipped, the health charm will immediately take effect.
