Can you Teleport in Tears of the Kingdom (TotK)? – Answered

*teleports behind you* Nothing Personnel, Ganondorf.

Traversal abilities, tools, and vehicles are an important part of every open-world game. Players usually love exploring the world in which the game they’re playing is set in, but after some time, it does become tedious and repetitive, if you get what I’m saying, so you’d rather just skip through taking the same journeys over and over again. Now, the world of TotK is a really big place, so you may be wondering if there is a Teleport ability in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, and we’re here to answer.

Is it Possible to Teleport in Tears of the Kingdom (TotK)?

As far as the traversal abilities go, there is the “Fast Travel” ability that exists in most open-world games of today’s year and age, for which we have a separate guide. Check out How to Fast Travel in Tears of the Kingdom here.

An alternative to that is to actually fly around with the Glider. You can find it by checking out our guide on How to Get the Glider in Tears of the Kingdom.

And, there are Zonai Wings that you can fly on as well, we have a guide for that too:

We sadly have to disappoint you, there’s no Teleport Ability in Tears of the Kingdom. Sadly, Fast Travel and flying will have to suffice for your exploration needs. One would expect that there is a cheat code or a dev command that would allow you to type in the coordinates and just “instant transmission” yourself across the world at will. However, this is not the case.

We know you’re sad about the outcome of reading this article, but hey, the game is enjoyable anyway with the traversal abilities that are already in place.
