Acupressure is an interesting move in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. It gives a double boost to a random stat for the target, making it a great setup choice for double battles or raids. Only a few selected Pokemon are versed in the art of acupuncture, and those are usually the ones who have a natural way of practicing it.

But if you want to get a completely different Pokemon with this move, do you actually have a way to do it, or is it locked for only a selected small group of pointy creatures? A TM for learning the move would be very helpful. Is there one available in the game?

Can You Get the Acupressure TM in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet?

There is no Acupressure TM to be found in Paldea, so you have to learn the move naturally instead. Some other Pokemon like the Toedscool line can learn it via breeding, but that’s as far as you can get for non-spiked Pokemon using the move.

It does make sense if you think a little bit about it, but it makes you question once again how it is possible that Pokemon like Digglet can learn moves such as Sucker Punch with no arms. Is it actually a Sucker Headbutt? Who knows! Pokemon logic has no logic most of the time, but we love this game regardless.
