Season 2 has officially begun in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. This new Season has brought a plethora of new content for players to enjoy, which had been teased beforehand like the addition of Ghost as a new Operator. However, it looks as though Infinity Ward has slipped a teaser inside of the title without any warning. A Classified option on the main menu of the first-person shooter has been added. Fortunately, we have everything that is currently known about this Classified Menu option covered for you.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Classified Menu
Players who boot up the popular game following the completion of the Season 2 update will see that there is now a fifth menu option joining the likes of the Campaign, Multiplayer, Co-op, and Store options. This new option is currently marked as Classified and is locked, meaning no one can access it at this time.

Now, Infinity Ward has not made any official announcements regarding this surprise option that was added in the Season 2 update. Rumors of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare getting a Battle Royale game mode have been rampant since before it was even released. This new option has plenty of members of the community convinced that this a placeholder for a Battle Royale game mode that will be coming later on in Season 2.
