Borderlands 3 Current Level Cap – Guns, Love and Tentacles

If you recall not so long ago when we were covering the Broken Hearts festivities earlier in the year, we chatted briefly about how Gearbox had raised the level cap for Borderlands 3 to Level 53 from 50. If you want a bit of a refresher on that, you can check out what we had to say right here – which we’ve relinked for your convenience. We’ll make all this number stuff easier for you if you’re wondering about what your power limits are right now while you’re cracking skulls in preparation for the nuptials in Borderlands 3.

The Borderlands 3 current level cap is Level 57. Yes, there was an upgrade from the previous cap of 53 which we reckon Vault Hunters are going to be pretty chuffed for. The level cap went live when the Guns, Love and Tentacles DLC did, and it also allows you to have two capstone skills when you hit this new peak, which should see you picking up some sick new powers to use with the sick new loot that the game has been offering you as of late. We’re particularly fond of revisiting some old fan favorites during this time with our new jacked up power levels, and since we’re all basically working from home, the Conference Call Legendary seems particularly apt – more on that here if you’re interested. We’re not sure if there are other level cap increases planned as part of the ongoing Borderlands 3 content roadmap, but as soon as we know, you can be sure that we’ll be covering it for you.

Now that you’re clued in about the Borderlands 3 current level cap after the new DLC that’s just dropped, hopefully, you’re just as excited to turn your focus to the next seasonal event as we are. It looks like we can expect a whole lot more butt-kicking fun when we take on the cartels, and frankly, we’re pretty excited. Not yet a proud owner of Borderlands 3?
