Season 6 of MW2 brought two new weapons to Warzone that have quickly taken over the meta, and the TR-76 Geist is one of the best options for any scenario. Of course, you still need the most effective loadout if you plan on some easy victories, and I have all the attachments or perks you could need. Here’s the best TR-76 Geist loadout for COD Warzone.

Best Attachments for the TR-76 Geist in Warzone

I like to build the Geist with a focus on recoil control and damage range in the loadout, and I don’t worry about the ADS speed in the process. Compared to every other ranged assault rifle build in Warzone, the TR-76 I use is standard and is perfect for nearly any fight at mid to long-range. Below you can find all the attachments.

Best TR-76 Loadout in Warzone:

  • Barrel: Bruen Bridle Heavy (+0.30 lb, +0.28 in)
  • Muzzle: Sakin Tread-40 (+0.48 oz, +0.24 in)
  • Underbarrel: FTAC Ripper 56 (+0.46 oz, +0.26 in)
  • Magazine: 45 Round Mag
  • Optic: AIM OP-V4

Three of the attachments on this build will boost the overall recoil control. I have a sworn by the Sakin Tread-40 and the FTAC Ripper 56 on various assault rifles across Warzone or Modern Warfare 2. All I have to do is mix the Bruen Bridle Heavy on the barrel a slot as well and I have the perfect recipe for a ranged laser beam.

Like always, I use the 45-Round Magazine for extra capacity and the AIM OP-V4 for a decent optic with low visual recoil. You can always swap these around if you want for additional speed, but in my experience, these are mandatory.

Best Class for the TR-76 Geist in Warzone

One of the weaknesses of the TR-76 ranged build is the lack of potential it has at close range, so I recommend using the new ISO 9mm or a Lockwood 300. Along with a decent secondary, you still need some effective equipment, and I have the perfect list for you to utilize below.

Best Equipment and Perks for the TR-76 Geist:

  • Base Perk One: Double Time
  • Base Perk Two: Overkill
  • Bonus Perk: Fast Hands
  • Ultimate Perk: High Alert or Ghost
  • Secondary: Lockwood 300 or the ISO 9mm
  • Tactical: Smoke or Stim
  • Lethal: Semtex

If you’re confident that you can pick up an alternative loadout or a secondary, then you can skip Overkill and equip Bomb Squad instead for extra protection. However, you will need to rely on a melee or a handgun until you get an alternative. The FTAC Siege is something I would pick up if I had to choose.
