Best TAQ-V Loadout in Warzone 2 Season 4

Time to ditch the 56.

The TAQ-V has taken a backseat to the TAQ-56 for a few seasons, and with the release of Vondel in Warzone 2 Season 4, the battle rifle has been given a chance to shine. Take this beefed-up version of the TAQ into Al Mazrah or Vondel and you will surely feel the difference in power.

Warzone 2 Season 4 – Best TAQ-V Build and Attachments

The TAQ-V needs to be built in a similar way to assault rifles, with some minor differences thrown into the mix. For example, I won’t be adding a barrel attachment. You can find all of the necessary attachments below.

Best TAQ-V Loadout in Warzone 2:

  • Muzzle: Lockshot KT85
  • Underbarrel: FTAC Ripper 56
  • Ammunition: 7.62 High Velocity
  • Magazine: 50 Round Drum
  • Optic: AIM OP-V4

Two attachments on this loadout are geared toward recoil control. Those two are the Lockshot KT85 muzzle and the FTAC Ripper 56 underbarrel. Without having at least these two pieces for the weapon, full auto is going to feel way too inaccurate. Make sure to slap them on the rifle.

Next, I want to focus on the ammo for the TAQ-V. I added the 50 Round Drum, so there is no need to reload in the middle of an intense fight. Then I use the 7.62 High Velocity ammunition in place of a barrel. The barrel options aren’t good, and we still need some velocity.

The last attachment is the AIM OP-V4 optic. This is the staple optic for all ranged rifles in Warzone 2 Season 4, and that won’t change for this weapon. Plenty of other optics exist, but they either have low zoom or too much visual recoil.
