Here are the best attachments for the Sakin MG38 in Modern Warfare 3:

  • Barrel – 20″ Bruen Silver Series
  • Laser – FSS OLE-V Laser
  • Muzzle – Lockshot KT85
  • Optics – SZ Holotherm
  • Underbarrel – Sakin Side Grip

The Sakin MG38 may be a bit underpowered compared to its contemporaries, but the 20″ Bruen Silver Series barrel and Sakin Side Grip underbarrel can boost accuracy. The Lockshot KT85 is all about having more recoil control, while the FSS OLE-V Laser balancing the handling that the other attachments take away.

The SZ Holotherm is great on its own with a thermal scope that can see enemies through dust and light smoke easily. Players can use whatever low-profile optics they would like, but the thermal scope is always a nice luxury.
