Due to skin quality being mostly subjective, this guide will be less about the “beauty” of certain skins and more about the price of cases compared to the value of the items within. With that covered, let’s go over each of the best cases and why.

Revolution Case

Now, I know what a lot of you case enthusiasts are probably saying right now. Yes, this is a case that gives gloves rather than knives as the top reward which does hurt. However, both the M4A4 Temukau and AK-47 Head Shot are high value skins, with the pink rarity skins not far behind in price. Combine this with the cheap price of the case, and it’s a worthy investment as far as case investments go.

Prisma Case

While the Prisma Case does have an Achilles heel in the form of the Five-SeveN red skin, its M4A4 Emperor is a highly valued skin. Combine this with some extremely high-value Karambits, and you’ve got a relatively cheap case that can provide serious rewards in exchange for some less-than-ideal alternatives.

CS20 Case

Rather fittingly, the CS case celebrating 20 years of the series actually has some attractive options in its pool. The AWP Wildfire has as much beauty as it does its value, and some higher-value skins otherwise. It also sports some high-value Classic knives in its Knife pool, further adding to the value.

Danger Zone Case

While this list is mostly in no particular order, the Danger Zone Case has to be high up there in terms of price to value. Not only is there a coveted Asiimov skin in its red options, but it has plenty of great knives that aren’t the highest in value but are pretty high up regardless.

Horizon Case

The Horizon Collection offers two surprisingly high-value red drops, with the Talon Knife in rotation on its gold options. You also get some highly coveted pink skins to boot, such as the M4A1-S Nightmare which is a personal favorite. You could do far worse with case investments than Horizon.

Shadow Case

True to its name, the Shadow Case is a rather unknown case that holds a shocking amount of value within. Not only does it sport two pricey skins for the USP-S and M4A1-S as its reds, but the Shadow Daggers within can also go for quite a lot on the market. I was barely aware of this case’s existence myself, and now I might have to open a few.

Operation Wildfire Case

Like many cases on the market, Operation Wildfire is a gamble of the two reds. However, the steep mountain in price between the two cases earns it a spot on this list. The AK Fuel Injector is simply too expensive to beat, even at lower float values. You also have an assortment of good knives which is always nice to see.
