I immediately threw this very loud rock into a pit

There are quite a few unique items in Baldur’s Gate 3, which you can theme your entire team around, taking advantage of the item’s unique effects. How to Find the Resonance Stone in Baldur’s Gate 3

The Resonance Stone in Baldur’s Gate 3 is a unique item that can be found in one place. In the Necrotic Laboratory in the Mindflayer Colony in Act 2. You’ll gain access to this area after your first confrontation with Ketheric Thorm on top of Moonrise Tower.

Once inside the Mindflayer Colony, head to the Necrotic Lab and to the Mind-Archives. Here, you’ll find an assortment of brains you can plug in to speak to. But for the purposes of this article, more importantly, you can find the Resonance Stone glowing on the desk. It gives off an endless hum, making it very annoying.

When you pick it up, you and your team will benefit.

The Resonance Stone gives everyone within 9 meters or 30 feet of the holder the Steeped In Bliss passive.

Steeped in Bliss effectively gives the holder and those nearby Advantage on physical checks and Disadvantage on mental Saving Throw. Those affected will be vulnerable to Psychic damage. That makes holding it a liability when facing off Ketheric Thorm a second time, as he’ll be fighting alongside a number of Mindflayers.

But if you manage to win this fight, the Resonance Stone becomes extremely powerful if you’re running a caster-heavy party. Still, is it worth the endless humming that will follow you everywhere?
