How to Change Your Character’s Appearance Using the Magic Mirror in Baldur’s Gate 3 (BG3)

Interacting with a Magic Mirror opens a character customization screen. The characteristics and appearances you can change in the magic mirror include Identity, voice, face, body art, eye colour, makeup, and hair style and colour.

The only aspects you can’t change are your race, subrace, and body type because it is currently not available in the magic mirror. This is most likely because of programming conflicts. You also can’t modify Origin characters, hirelings, or full illithid characters.
