There is a total of 48 achievements introduced in the 4.4 version. Most of them are tied to the new Chenyu Vale area, but most of them are well hidden in the usual Genshin fashion. It’s up to you to explore and uncover the secrets hidden in this weirdly leveled zone.
Chenyu’s Splendor
A new achievement category that includes your main to-do tasks in the Vale. None of these are hidden and you can check them anytime in-game.

This general category includes more than half of the game’s achievements. These are all hidden until completion, usually attained by simply exploring the area. However, some are well hidden and might take a while to get.

What Do You Get for Completing Achievements in Genshin Impact?
Unlike many other games, Genshin Impact gives players premium currency for completing achievements. The amount of Primogems awarded will vary per achievement but don’t expect a lot, as it is still a currency you buy with cash. You can use Primogems by purchasing Battle Pass levels, purchasing Original Resin, or wishes like Acquaint Fate.
Getting most of these will take you some good time since you’ll be running all around searching for Spirit Carps and completing other sidequests, so don’t sweat it. Just take it easy and eventually, you’ll get these free gems. The banners won’t go anywhere for now.
