All Merusea Village Quests in Genshin Impact

Help small creatures, get big rewards

Fontaine has brought a lot of new World Quests to Genshin Impact since its introduction, and among them, we find the Melusine quests in Merusea Village. Most of them revolve around helping those small creatures in their endeavors and can reward you in many ways.

You can start visiting the village once you complete the first step of the Ancient Colors questline, which counts itself as a Merusea Village quest. Aside from getting their rewards individually, completing all quests increases the extra Attack bonus you get from the Ultimate Overlord’s Mega Magic Sword, the event-exclusive Claymore.

  • Ancient Colors (all quests count as one).
  • Book of Esoteric Revelations.
  • Echoes of the Ancient World.
  • Fishing Game.
  • Hey, This isn’t Pumpkin Soup!.
  • The Lone Phantom Sail.
  • Serene’s Birthday.
  • Strange Stone Chronicle.
  • The Three Primary Colors of the Solar Corona.
  • Were It So Easy.

Many of these quests are simple hidden objectives. One such example is Fishing Game, which only involves interacting with a lake behind the houses in the village and defeating the spawning monster. Doing so will automatically increase the weapon’s damage if that’s your final goal.

Other tasks like Were It So Easy or Book of Esoteric Revelations work like your traditional World Quest, appearing with a blue icon next to the village and all. I suggest speaking with all Melusines around the village to ensure you’re not missing out on anything. Most of these hidden objectives are not marked, so it’s easy to overlook them.

Other quests involving Melusines, like Questioning Melusine and Answering Machine, won’t count for the extra boost. Unfortunately, there’s no in-game method to verify which quests are done, so you must rely on your memory. At least you’re not required to do some of the longer Melusine questlines if you don’t feel like it for now.
