List of Every Kukri Knife in CS2

Currently, Kukri Knives are only available in the Kilowatt Case in CS2. It is expected that Valve will keep adding more Kukri Knives in the future because not all skin patterns have been used in this case; there are many more to be added. Have patience; we’ll update this article whenever Valve decides to add more Kukri knives.

Should I Open Cases to Get a Kukri Knife in CS2?

The odds are not in your favor if you are trying to get a Kukri Knife in CS2, or any knife, really. Let’s put it this way: If, on average, it takes you close to 400 cases to open a knife (that’s like, 0.25%), then it will take you ($2.5 (the price of a key) + the price of a case you’re opening) * 400 to “guarantee” a knife (that’s not a guarantee, there’s no pity timer in CS2).

That’s $1000 without the case price included. Sure, you can open a knife in your first 50 or 100 openings, but that’s just sheer luck. The law of large numbers cannot be bent. I mean, take a 20-sided die and see how many times it will take you to roll a specific number of your choice. That’s a 5% odd, by the way. 20 times bigger than the odd to open a knife. You may get the number of your choice on the first roll, or you may keep rolling for an hour.

And even if you do get a knife in those 400 openings, what’s the guarantee that the value of all skins opened will be equal to or bigger than the costs for the opening session? So, you’re not only battling the odds to get a knife, but you’re fighting for knives that will net you a profit, which automatically excludes everything except Fade and maybe Slaughter from the start. On the other hand, if you want to spill about $5,000 on a big opening on a live stream to experience the law of large numbers, be my guest. The money is the least of your worries anyway.

So, you should just rather visit the Steam Market, inspect the knives offered, spot the one you like, and actually buy it. Everything else is gambling. Here’s our list of the top 4 most trustworthy CS2 skin trading sites at the moment.
