While a lot of Inaros’ abilities remain consistent in Warframe, there’s also been a heap of changes to help bring him up to snuff. These are how his abilities and passive function now:

  • Passive
    • Killing enemies with a melee finisher restores 20% of Inaros’ health. When he enters Bleedout, he is reincarnated as a Sand version of himself, gaining regular movement and a Melee attack. Landing a certain number of hits on an enemy will respawn you automatically. The more you go down, the more melee hits you need to perform.
  • Ability 1 – Desiccation
    • Blast enemies with a wave of cursed sand that blinds them and steals their health.
  • Ability 2 – Sandstorm
    • Inaros becomes a Sandstorm whirlwind, becoming invulnerable and dragging nearby enemies with you. Each enemy held in Sandstorm heals Inaros for 50 Health per second. This ability is now on a duration, instead of channeled.
  • Ability 3 – Scarab Shell
    • Charge using Health to gain Armor. In the rework, this ability is a split version of Scarab Shell from his previous Ability 4, no longer prevents movement, and has increased maximum Armor.
  • Ability 4 – Scarab Swarm
    • On cast, enemies in a cone are attacked by Scarabs that deal 10% of Inaros’ max health as Corrosive damage per second. Enemies that die to this ability turn into Swarm Kavats, which attack enemies and afflict them with the Swarm.

With all this in mind, the previous Devour ability has been removed from Inaros’ kit. This was likely done due to Snadstorm getting a similar function, alongside allowing for additional functionality.
