Be prepared to hunt down a lot of collectibles, side quests, and areas in God of War Ragnarok. Every realm has an open-zone section with myriad content to explore and discover. Draugrs are a common enemy in the game, but throughout Ragnarok, you’ll find Dragur holes and a powerful miniboss known as The Hateful. Here are all of the Draugr hole locations in God of War Ragnarok.
All Draugr Hole Locations in God of War Ragnarok
In God of War Ragnarok, you’ll encounter six separate Draugr Holes that all end in a fight with an enemy known as The Hateful. You’ll discover these in different realms. Here is the location of each of them.
Svartalfheim – The Watchtower
The first one you will encounter is in Svartalfheim, which is the very first major realm you enter in the game. The Watchtower is located in the Bay of Bounty.
Svartalfheim – The Applecore
The next one you can encounter is inside The Applecore in Svartalfheim. This is a challenging fight because you’re in a small room. You’ll need to work on your parries and other close-quarter combat abilities.

Alfheim – The Barrens
You’ll have access to the following Draugr Pit location in Alfheim when you make it to The Barrens after freeing the screaming animal. The sandstorm will die down, and you’ll be able to access the Draugr pit on the small island at the bottom left of the map.
Vanaheim – The Abandoned Village
After going through some major story beats, you’ll end up in Vanaheim. Follow the linear story path until you eventually end up in the open zone area. Head to The Abandoned Village and look for the bridge at the top left corner. Cross the bridge to encounter your next Draugr Hole.
Midgard – The Lake of Nine
You won’t have full access to Midgard until much later in the game, but you’ll find this one just north of the Raider Hideout.
Vanaheim – The Plains
The Plains is an area you’ll discover later in your travels in Vanaheim. Go towards the top right of the map, and you’ll encounter your final Draugr Pit. If you’ve made it to The Crater, you’ve gone too far north.
