The rewards you can earn from the Server Slam will vary wildly depending on how much time and effort you put into the Slam. For simply reaching Kyovashad with a single character, you will earn the Initial Casualty title. In my experience, this took about an hour when watching all cutscenes, and half that time when skipping them. For hitting level 20 with one character, you will also get the Early Voyager title alongside the Beta Wolf Pack cosmetic item. This will take considerably longer, so get ready to play quite a bit of the game in a short window. Finally, there is the Cry of Ashava Mount Trophy, which is earned by defeating the Ashava world boss with a level 20 character. This is considerably more difficult than the other requirements but nets you the most interesting reward in turn.

If you manage to meet all of those requirements, you will earn all four items for your account. Only completing some of them is fine too, since those will still net you some interesting rewards. All of the Diablo 4 Server Slam rewards will transfer over to the full game when it releases on June 6, 2023. You will just need to be sure to play on the same account, and the items should appear in the appropriate inventory sections.
