Ubisoft Unveils 13 Minutes of Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag Gameplay

The world is yours, pirate.

Coming off a successful weekend at San Diego Comic-Con, which included the introduction of an actual pirate ship based on the Dackjaw, Ubisoft unveiled a new 13-minute gameplay segment from Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag, one that shows just how detailed the open world is.

Throughout the demo, you’ll see different elements of gameplay, whether it’s a captivating sea battle where you take out the captain and his men with the help of cannons and a swivel gun, or overtaking an encampment in the hopes of scoring some awesome treasure.  It’s really worth watching if you’ve got the time to sit down and take it all in.

Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag will arrive on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii U and PC October 29th, and soon after on Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
