The Humble Bundle packages are a great way to stock up your Steam game library without having to go bonkers on overpaying for them, while at the same time helping out a few others in the process. This week, THQ has jumped on board with its own bundle, and it’s performing very well.
Now live over at http://www.humblebundle.com, the package lets you name your own price on a good package of games, with some of the proceeds going to help out both Child’s Play and the American Red Cross. The bundle includes Darksiders, Metro 2033, Red Faction: Armageddon, Company of Heroes and two of its expansions, Tales of Valor and Opposing Fronts. And if you pay $5.36 average per game, you’ll also get Saints Row: The Third as well.
In addition, various soundtracks are included in the deal for download, including Saints, Red Faction and Company of Heroes. It’s already getting huge buzz on Twitter (despite some people being critical of THQ’s moves – c’mon, guys, they’re being generous), and 58,000+ have been sold at the time of this report. You’ve got less than two weeks to jump in, so have at it!
