Players can download the basic version of Street Fighter IV: Champion Edition absolutely free, though there are some limitations that you’ll need to keep in mind when picking up the app. The free version only includes one playable character—Ryu—and three AI controlled characters that you can fight against—these characters include Chun-Li, Guile, and Zangief. In order to unlock the rest of the 32-fighter roster players will need to complete a one-time purchase of $4.99, which will unlock all of the characters for the player to enjoy.

Street Fighter IV: Champion Edition uses an intuitive virtual pad to control the players and execute full move sets like Unique Attacks, Focus Attacks, Super Combos, Special Moves, and Ultra Combos. If you don’t enjoy the virtual pad, you can also connect a Bluetooth controller, which will allow you to take your game to an entirely new level. On top of the multiplayer mode, players can also enjoy a single player arcade mode, which will let them test their mettle against AI enemies, allowing them to master their craft and become stronger fighters.

Street Fighter IV: Champion Edition is available on Android right now, so make sure you keep an eye on the New Releases section of the Google Play Store, or head over to the store page directly to learn more about the game and how to download it.
