Tokyo Game Show 2019 was magical this year, rife with tons of announcements and new looks at some of the hottest games coming soon. Two of the arguably biggest hits this year was Death Stranding and the upcoming Final Fantasy VII Remake but it wasn’t just new gameplay that we saw of Cloud’s re-imagined adventure!
Sephiroth, Cloud, and the gang are all back in their fully realized polygonal glory thanks to a new line of adorable figures that Square Enix showed off during this year’s expo. Whether you’re a fan of that red dress, or just want some more of that one-winged angel goodness, the latest line of collectibles has you covered:

Though the above tweet roughly translates to lottery for the show specifically, that doesn’t mean these won’t be releasing to all in the future. The English social channels for the remake have also mentioned these particular figures in the past, making it easy to assume that eventually we will see these launch world-wide, perhaps closer to the game’s launch.
Whenever we do get them, I know I am definitely scooping up Sephiroth. Those long flowing silver locks were my kryptonite when I was younger and he was definitely my first video game crush (which, for those that know me – that should explain a lot).
As for the Final Fantasy VII Remake itself, the latest re-imagining comes to life on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC on March 3, 2020. Are you excited?
