A date for the next State of Play livestream has officially been revealed! In addition to the date and time of the next State of Play, some of the things viewers can expect to see were also outlined.
Based on the information provided on social media and the PS Blog, the main focus of the show will be on Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart and its newest Lombax, Rivet.
Sony Announces Ratchet & Clank Focused State of Play
The next State of Play event from Sony will take place this Thursday, April 29, at 2:00 p.m. (PT). During this State of Play event, viewers will be treated to extended gameplay footage from Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart along with an update on two upcoming indie games.

The extended gameplay from Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart will undoubtedly feature the game’s new Lombax whose name was revealed today to be Rivet. As for the indie titles we’ll be getting an update on, we’re curious if one of those games will be Stray, the game where you get to play as a cat.
We’re really looking forward to that one, as are many cat lovers we’re guessing. All in all we’re really excited for this new State of Play and the opportunity to get to know Rivet a bit better.
