The latest RPG from Altus is confirmed to be in development for Nintendo’s hybrid console with a release window slated for 2021. While we don’t have an exact release date at this time, we do know that Shin Megami Tensei V will be launching worldwide at the same time, it won’t be a localized exclusive. Our sources are also telling us that this is slated for an early 2021 release, though Nintendo has not confirmed that target date at this time.

For those that want to revisit a favorite of the Shin Megami franchise, Nocturne is also coming back with an HD remaster of the 2003 PlayStation 2 hit. The journey set the player on the path of a half-demon, half-human hero in a world doomed from the start. The remaster boasts an HD overhaul to the game’s aesthetics for Nintendo Switch, though the company didn’t reveal if there was anything new regarding the remaster to spruce it up a bit.

It will be interesting to see how Nocturne stacks up in terms of enjoyment, as well as what the future has in store for this beloved series when Shin Megami Tensei V releases sometime next year.
