Saints Row IV’s Inauguration Station Available for Xbox Live, Steam and PlayStation Network

As it did with Saints Row the Third in 2011, Volition has a little taste of Saints Row action for download before the final release.

Deep Silver announced that the Inauguration Station, the customization engine for Saints Row IV, is now available to download on Xbox Live and Steam, with the PlayStation Network version coming later today.

With it, you’ll be able to tweak a number of customization options on your character, ranging from a dude in a sharply-dressed suit to a female president with a designer bra and undies, to a guy dressed up like a hot dog, talking like voice actor Nolan North. The choices are yours, and pretty much endless, as you can see in the trailer below.

Once the final game launches in a couple of weeks, you can import your character into it, running wild through the streets of Steelport – as we’ve suggested in our Five Most Anticipated Activities.

Saints Row IV arrives August 20th for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Steam.
