Enter the Dominatrix has been lingering around the game industry for some time now. It was first introduced as an expansion to the best seller Saints Row the Third shortly after that game’s release in 2011, only to be shelved and only heard from on occasion. That said, it appears that the Dominatrix will finally have her day.
Deep Silver announced today that the long-awaited Enter the Dominatrix will debut for Saints Row 4 on October 22nd on Xbox Live and PlayStation Network, as well as PC. In it, players will once again return to a virtual world to take on the Dominatrix, who rules the city with an iron fist. It’s up to you to battle through her minions, mainly consisting of “gimps and sex-workers,” according to the press release, and finish her off.
Several fan-favorite characters will make a return in this DLC, and behind-the-scenes commentary will also be available.
The DLC runs $6.99, or free of charge to those who picked up the Saints Row IV season pass. Another downloadable content pack, How the Saints Saved Christmas, will release later this year.
Saints Row 4 is available now for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC.
