Rocksteady Suicide Squad Game Reportedly Delayed to 2023

If you still wanna kill the Justice League just watch the Snyder Cut

A report from Bloomberg today alleges that Rocksteady Studios and Warner Media have internally delayed Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League to 2023. This follows several Warner Media games being delayed last year to 2022, some of which are yet to see confirmed release dates.

Bloomberg’s Jason Schrier noted that a Warner executive recently tweeted about the company’s plans to publish two other games, Hogwarts Legacy and Gotham Knights this year, with a notable absence of the Suicide Squad game. The third Warner Media title set for this year is LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, which has a set release date of April 5, 2022.

Rocksteady Studios is the developer best known for the Batman: Arkham series, which concluded with Batman: Arkham Knight in 2015. Years of nothing but rumors followed until Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League was finally revealed in 2020, with a planned 2022 release.
