The big game for the Wii U eShop next week is Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell: Blacklist, which marks the long-awaited debut of Sam Fisher on the platform. Expect plenty of intense single-player action, as well as the return of Spies vs. Mercenaries multiplayer. The game will be available on Tuesday, October 20th.

Galaga, the NES conversion of the popular arcade classic from Namco, is also available on the Wii U eShop.

Meanwhile, if you’re looking for more great games, the price just dropped – temporarily – on two releases. Bit.Trip Presents Runner 2: Future Legend of Rhythm Alien is now $11.25, in celebration of the new Good Friends downloadable content. Trine 2: Director’s Cut is also available for dirt cheap, going for $7.99.

On the 3DS, several new games are available, including the NES classic Donkey Kong, the 10-in-1: Arcade Collection, Barbie: Groom and Glam Pups, Heavy Fire: Black Arms 3D and My Western Horse 3D. There are lots of downloads to choose from, so feel free to shop around.

Happy downloading.
