Nintendo once again dropped a Direct with 24 hours notice, and this time it was an on-demand “Partner Showcase.” And a “Mini,” meaning it was a smaller showcase. But despite the size of it, there was a lot of cool news. Square Enix once again brought multiple news items, alongside the likes of Capcom and Sega. Also, Pac-Man World is back! Here are the highlights.

- Persona: All the stuff announced for Xbox is also coming to Switch, starting with Persona 5 Royal on October 21.
- Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope: This leaked yesterday! October 20 release date
- Square Enix Showcase: Once again the house of Final Fantasy appeared with a ton of different announcements. NieR Automata hits Switch on October 6. Dragon Quest Treasures hits December 9. LIVE A LIVE has a demo and it’s out today! Harvestella is SE’s answer to Rune Factory and I mean that in the most extreme ways. That’s November 4.
- Capcom: Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection does the usual thing in 2023. Sunbreak is still coming out in a few days.
- Cygames shadow dropped Little Noah
- Pac-Man World Re-PAC is a remake-ish of the classic (yeah I said it) 3D platformer on the original PlayStation.
- Super Bomberman R 2!!! Konami throws a bone to the sickos.
- Finally, Return to Monkey Island appears to be a Switch launch exclusive for consoles.
- Annapurna Interactive revealed Lorelei and the Laser Eyes, a mystery game from Simogo.
